When I download my Performance Menu issue, it's a file called "download.php" - Where is the PDF?

If your browser is not set up to automatically open downloaded files, it will download and save a file called download.php. This is actually the issue PDF. In this case, you'll need to rename the file and replace the ".php" extension with ".pdf" - When that's done, you'll be able to open the issue with your chosen PDF reader.
I'm trying to renew my Performance Menu subscription and the store won't let me log in.

Your subscriber account is independent of the store. If your subscription pre-dates the current store system, you will not have a store account and will need to create one in order to purchase a renewal.
I can't download the new Performance Menu issue.

If you're downloading from an email link, make sure it hasn't expired - emailed links are good for only 3 days. If it is expired, you can log into your subscriber account and download it.

Our system uses a script that will show the download file to be "download.php" - Most PCs and Macs will automatically open the file as a PDF with Adobe Reader or a similar program once the download is complete. If your computer does not automatically open the file, you will likely need to save the file to your hard drive and change the file extension from .php to .pdf, then open it manually with your preferred PDF reader.

I'm trying to pay for my order, but it won't accept my credit card.

Unfortunately we have no say in the processing of your credit card - you'll need to contact PayPal customer service.
I want to change the email address for my Performance Menu subscription.

You can change your email address and password by logging into your subscriber account and clicking the "Manage Your Account" link on the left side.
I tried to log in to my Performance Menu subscriber account to get my first issue, and it won't let me in.

First, make sure you're using the password that was emailed to you specifically for your subscriber account--this is a randomly generated password and will NOT be the same as the password you used for your store account. You can use the "Forgot Password" function to have this password emailed to you automatically. If you didn't receive said subscriber account email, see the next option.

Second, make sure you're trying to log into the subscriber site and not the store.

If you're sure you're using the correct email address and password, there may have been and error on our end during your subscription process. Please contact us and we'll square away your account ASAP.
I want to place an order, but I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay in another way? 

You don't need a PayPal account! PayPal is simply the company that processes our store transactions. You can pay with a credit card or even an e-check without having a PayPal account.
I ordered an e-book and have not received it yet. How do I get it?

Download links are provided on the order success page. If you missed the links, you can log into your store account and view your order history to access download links from any purchase you've made.
I ordered a back issue of The Performance Menu or article and have not received it yet. How can I get it?

Download links for all digital are provided on the order success page. If you missed the links, you can click on the invoice link in your confirmation email to log into your store account and re-access them. You can log into your store account, click the "My Account" link, and view your order history to access download links from any purchase you've made.
